The Service Team, always ready to serve.

Great service friendly staff

My vehicle was towed in on a late afternoon just before closing time we thought for sure we were gonna have to get a hotel for the night after speaking with the service manager Mr Hagan he said he was going to see what he can do to get us back on the road tonight. After testing my car they determined the alternator failed. The parts gentleman went an picked up the part and a mechanic stayed to install it for us and we continued on our trip . Thank you DeMaagd service team you guys rock.

Tim Marske Best salesman yet!!!

Tim Marske perspnally turned my buying a new car experience from a nightmare to a most positive adventure. The moment I walked onto the car lot I was met by Tim with a smile and hand shake. He took the time to listen to my concerns and got every detail correct. Tim made every detail of my trading in my old car & purchasing my new one seamless. After the help of Travis & Vince who helped close the deal, Tim went over ever detail of how to program things in my new car. Tim went over all written details and answered all of my questions. He stuck with my case and made calls on my behalf leaving me a very satified lifetime customer. Everytime I have revisited Demaagd Nissan here on Dickman Rd, Im impressed that everyone that I had come in contact with still recalls my name. He is a true professional and very experienced salesman. I feel he is very sincere in finding what works first and foremost for his customers. The day I was headed for the door at Demaagds before I even got to the door Tim Marske approached me with a smile. I shared with him how discouraged I had become after all of the negative responses and experiences I was having trying to find a new car. What I didnt share was I had been out all morning to other dealers on Dickman Rd at the last stop the sales staff saw me and they scattered. Some got to their desk and wouldn't look up until I stood over his desk for help. After a short talk I walked out. However Tim Marske not only sold me my car, he and his staff changed my entire opinion on car salesmen. First I was treated like a person. My concerns were heard and addressed very professionally. Every detail of me buying my car to the tune of payments I could afford was done. Everything was made seamless from Tim introducing me to Travis, who worked out my fiances to Vince who closed my deal. There were no stones unturned. Tim was able to tell and show me every detail about my car from programming all the devices in it to explaining their functions. Even after reading my manuel, I had questions (I hadn't bought a car in 13 years) Tim immediately knew the answer. He introduced me to their service staff where I'll be taking my car. Since I have bought my car from Demaagd Nissan, whenever I visit the location, I'm always greeted by my name. I am so Iimpressed that all that I had come In contact remembers me. My experience is that I would highly recommend Tim Marske at Demaagd Nissan to any of my family, my close friends, any woman or man who find buying a car a stress. The entire atmosphere there is a close family but professional. The salesmen seem to work together making the sale seamless. Everyone I worked/spome with had years of experience in their field. They were eagered to do their jobs without making me feel as if I.was the most important person on the planet. I was very blessed to end up at Demaaged Nissan and Tim Marske. A great thanks to him and all of the helpful staff.

Service Department is First Rate

Christa and I discussed my necessary repairs. She listened and understood my needs. She was able to get my car serviced and back to me quickly. She was very knowledgable and took very good care of me. I would recommend anyone speak to Christa at DeMaagd about their vehicle. It is obvious that she has loads of experience with servicing all makes and models.
