I cashed out a 2022 Mach E and it’s been in service 5
I cashed out a 2022 Mach E and it’s been in service 5 times and Chris has not figured out the problem.Most non professional experienced at a dealership.They won’t even give me a rental and they don’t care if my kids go to school. Going back to GM vechicals. Ford is not worth my stress.

I am not happy about my experience.
I am not happy about my experience. I just received a bill of over 1500 dollars. I have never received a bill after I turned in my lease. I am a single parent and this is a hardship for me. I did not feel like a priority. I am not satisfied. I have to keep this vehicle for 2 years and will not return to Taylor Ford.

Phil Maher is fantastic to work with.
Phil Maher is fantastic to work with. Extremely smooth transition while turning in my lease and resigning for a new one. Phil called to remind me that my original lease would be over soon, and we spoke about getting into a new lease. Phil has a great business attitude and is very knowledgeable about Ford products (trust me I asked a ton of questions. lol!). Phil never wavered and answered all of my questions regarding signing a new lease and the Explorer that I had my eye on. This is my second lease through Phil, and I can say that if he's still in the business 3 years from now then I will 100% be going back to see him.

Explorer had no hitch, said it would cost me 4-500
Explorer had no hitch, said it would cost me 4-500 dollars to install one. Even though I ordered one with the vehicle. No rear camera cleaner, no front warning beeps, no gps. Every year Ford makes it harder n harder to renew my lease.
