Gave them a second chance after having horrible customer

Gave them a second chance after having horrible customer service from the service department a first time. What a mistake! 2 days they kept my vehicle and nothing was fixed. Extended warranty is worthless as they try to get money from you anyway or blame a problem on whatever they can. Natalie, you need to replaced. You complained about my first Google review and instead of trying to change my perspective and provide service that you should already be providing, you told me to go to a different dealer. Gladly. Here’s your second negative review and both reviews are completely fair, honest and called for.

The customer service was great when I brought my vehicle

The customer service was great when I brought my vehicle in to be inspected prior to being serviced and it was great when I picked it up after the repairs. The cherry on top was they said it would be ready in one week and it was ready just as promised! Very pleased with my experience.
