My experience was phenomenal with Smythe Volvo. Bob was excellent with showing me every car I wanted to look at it. He was very patient with me taking my time to make sure I received the right vehicle. I love my new car! When I went to pick it up everyone was very kind and polite. I highly recommend them when purchasing a vehicle, they’re experts at customer service. I also had just been in an accident I was hit head on and Bob allowed me to keep test driving in the Marco Polo parking lot. It was a lot of work for him to keep driving me over there but I so appreciated the extra effort having just been in a major accident.
