From the moment I entered the dealership a couple weeks ago through the point of sale, the staff treated me as their most valued customer. Jose Del Valle (sales associate assigned to me) was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, including making the time to meet me at my office for a test drive. Neil Amaral, (used car manager), personally engaged with me to finalize terms and make things right and ensured Smythe won my business. Abood Katib (financing manager) made it his business to speak to Neil to work out good pricing for me on warranties and the car itself, even though this was partially outside of his job. David Mensah did a great job of walking me through the vehicle step by step and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Henry Zhu was covering for Abood when I came to pick up the car and pay for it...he also helped enhance the warranty to an even better one and provided outstanding service and efficiency. A+ all around. I've purchased 2 cars (non volvos) from dealerships unrelated to Smythe in the past. Horror story having to save my wife from a bad situation at one....this experience was nothing like it and was first class treatment all the way. The Service Advisor, Jessica Hermida and Assistant Service Manager, David Ferrence were great. It was Christmas Eve and I was visiting New Jersey from South Carolina I had a nail in my tire.and the service department was shutting down early for the holiday. The dealership had the exact tire for my vehicle . The tire was rotated and balanced and I was out of there in less than an hour. and I waa able to resume my holiday vacation. Thanks for the excellent service and the waiting area was great. Free wifi and great snacks.

Nothing but great things to say about our experience at Smythe - particularly with Jose. We were working on a limited time crunch, and he ensured that we felt informed, taken care of, and most importantly, not taken advantage of. He worked around our schedule and got us in a car when we needed at a rate we were incredibly comfortable with. He and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with. David cleary explained all the features of the car. He was patient and respectful, stepping away when it was time to set up passwords. Biting a car is nerve wracking and exciting at the anectime and David really calmed our nerves and got us to focus with his gentle personality .
