Bob was extremely professional and easy to work with. I have purchased multiple cars from Smythe and always worked with Bob. He takes the time to listen and works tirelessly to find a car that meets my needs. I will always return to Smythe.

I got into my car and discovered I had a flat tire. The Smythe Volvo service department immediately took me in with no appointment. Wound up that I needed anew tire which was replaced at no charge since the car was less than a year old. Tom Coward worked with me through the process. He was friendly, informative and attentive. His professionalism and that of the entire department was refreshing. My car was delivered well within a reasonable time and I was able to continue on with my day.

David introduced us to our new car (with a ribbon on it.) He patiently went over the entire car. He didn't rush us through the process-which was particularly important since we were unfamiliar with so many of the new tech features. He answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, and told us we could get back to him with follow-up questions. It was a very welcoming introduction to our new vehicle. The entire team at Smythe was very easy to work with.
