First time buying a car through a dealership so it was a little confusing but Brant was helpful and patient. I thought the whole process went smoothly.

I've been dealing with the service department at Turner Kia for 2 1/2 years. Mostly oil change inspection basic service. I've always been very pleased. My last visit for an oil change will be my last. The day after my oil change a plastic splash guard under my car fell off. When I called to asked questions about this guard I got zero response. After several nowhere phone calls I gave up. A few days later I developed an oil leak. I took my car to a different repair shop and the mechanic there told me that it looked like oil had been splashed under my car to give the appearance of an oil leak. I'm done with Turner Kia.

Love our new Kia Sorento. Very impressed with the look, handling, and features offered for this vehicle. It's great to drive, looks much more impressive then vehicles in it's class, and a lot of perks for the value. I would highly recommend this product. Our service at Turner Kia was outstanding. Justin Trees was awesome to work with. He knows his products well, listens to his customers, and does not pressure. He was able to provide answers to all of our questions and was a great salesperson. We went home with a vehicle we are very happy with and were knowledgeable of most of the features due to the large amount of time he spent with us going over the what the vehicle was equipped with.

I needed a car fast because mine failed inspection for major repairs. I saw this car at turner kia and it was a great price. Went to drive it and it was perfect. The salesman Brent bishop made the whole process pretty simple and painless. The only thing that took time was waiting for the banks to respond for financing. 2 days after I bought the car I got a call they found a new offer. They lowered my interest by 2% and 3 less months of payments, which let me get the 48 month 48,000 mile warranty. I will gladly return for any other vehicle purchases I need.

I wish I could have given Turner Kia a 10 star rating but that wasn't an option. Between Justin Trees and the finance team, they were able to get me into a new Kia Optima which fits my family perfectly. Between my lower credit rating and my old hot mess of a car, I really didn't think they would be able to help me as multiple other dealers wouldn't. Well, the other dealers would, but my payments would have been outrageous and definitely would have never met my budget. I told Justin a number and he made it happen. My family is now in a safe and reliable vehicle, my payments are on point and the interest rate is great! I really cannot speak more highly of Turner Kia and their employees, they were simply amazing and went above and beyond to help us out.
