Do NOT pay the markup they have on their vehicles. F150's...

Do NOT pay the markup they have on their vehicles. F150's are marked up 7500 over MSRP, 250/350's nearly 20k, Rangers 5k. I understand economics, but their markup is beyond absurd. You can easily save thousands just by driving another 20 minutes to another dealership. The people are nice, but the price gouging is ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback as we do appreciate it. We monitor our prices daily to ensure that we stay competitive in our market area. New car pricing has increased, but so have Vehicle trade values. Vehicles are hard to find in our current economy with chip shortages, staff shortages, shipping issues, etc. We also offer the option to order a vehicle without any market adjustment to the pricing, but we would have to be patient until the vehicle arrives. We are committed to help bring a quality product to the Lake Norman area at a great value.

As I said, anyone can save 3500-4000 just by driving 15 minutes further than Huntersville Ford. No matter how you try to spin it, you are price gouging. DO NOT pay their markup, just go to another dealership to save thousands!

The man wanted us to give him MSRP on his used truck trade in and give a discount under MSRP on our brand new one. And he says we are the ones price gouging. Come on. This guy has left negative reviews to dealerships in Georgia, Tennessee, NC, Michigan, etc.... He was upset no one would offer him MSRP on a used truck so that he could pretty much swap even. Oh yeah and he wanted one of the rarest Trucks an F-250 King Ranch Super Duty Diesel Tremor Package with the Ultimate Package. Really not sorry that we missed this deal.

First off, you have me confused with someone else or you are just straight up lying. I was not there for an F250. I didn't ask for MSRP for my trade in, nor have I left any comment ever on any dealership other than yours. The point is anyone can save thousands simply by going to another dealership 15 minutes away. DO NOT pay their BS markup prices.

You know what Michael. I was wrong and I apologize for that. I found your file. You were looking at an F-150 and not an F-250 and trading in your 2018 F-150 2.7 liter XL Truck . We sold you that truck that you were trading in November 2018. 3 years and 3 months ago. We sold that truck to you for right over 39,000 in 2018 brand new with 32 miles on it. And when you were here a month ago we offered you 35,000 for this truck. So we offered you pretty much what we sold it to you for in 2018 over 3 years ago. You know what, we did not cause this problem in the automotive industry. You want me to give you pretty much what you paid for your truck 3 years ago and still want us to deal your way. And yet, we offer you almost what we sold it to you for over 3 years ago and here you go wanting to give negative reviews. You don't think we feel gauged having to put almost what you paid for it. Have a great day. I actually hope they treated you real well at the other place as these are things we don't have time for. Have a blessed day.

This was the 4th car in five years we have purchased there and the 1st time we had such a great experience. Our salesman was awesome and the credit manager was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for improving the staff

Nathan Sherman was very knowledgeable in what kind of engine and accessories to include for a new truck for the line of work I do. Kevin Tibbetts was very helpful explaining all of the controls of the dashboard, linking the phone, etc.. Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous.

Poor customer service

We took our car in for a "slipping" transmission. After diagnostics, we were told that it was the control module. We waited 7 weeks for our vehicle to be completed. We understood this was because of supply chain issues. We returned the car 3 hours after getting it back because it was doing the same thing. We were told (2 days later!) that this was a clutch issue and that it was "only doing it here and there. We test drove it so we know." We were informed that this would be an additional $2600 to repair, on top of the $1300 we had just paid. The service manager we spoke to was uncaring, rude, and above all cared nothing for customer service. They have offered to do NOTHING for us. We now have a car we can't even trade in or sell. I will NEVER buy from Ford again, I will never allow my vehicle to be serviced by Ford again. The 2012 Ford Focus was garbage and Ford knew it was garbage. The appropriate thing to do would have been to offer all of it's owners a great deal on a replacement so that we wouldn't need to keep fixing your garbage! Thank you Thomas Sciarrino

This is all untrue. Tom you have a 2012 ten year old Ford Focus with over 160,000 miles on it. We have said we would be happy to trade it in. Would you like to get another vehicle that is not that old and has that many miles on it. We understand that you are mad at Ford. However, we did not make this car and we have done all that we can to help you. We do understand your frustration with Ford. But please understand this is a 10 year old car with over 160,000 miles. Let us know if we can help you with another one.
