Had to take a loss on one we had just bought because it

Had to take a loss on one we had just bought because it had a bad paint job and the dealership didn't seem to care about the bad paint job. So we took a loss on it then the price I was quoted was not honored because of some kind of changes in market how the truck was on loan so we were charges thousands over waht I was quoted a few weeks earlier

Ferguson was a great dealership to buy from. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Brian was great.

I thought David (and for that matter everyone we came in

I thought David (and for that matter everyone we came in contact with) was very personable and easy to talk to. They made the car buying experience actually enjoyable (which I didn’t think was possible). I was dreading the whole deal of car buying and it ended up being nothing like I expected. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped with the contracts/financing documents as he was very nice too. We finished purchase late so we coordinated with David and came back the next day to help us learn all the fancy electronics and set up Bluetooth for phones and he demonstrated so much stuff. He took all the time we needed and just went over and above to help us anyway he could.

I drove a car on Friday.

I drove a car on Friday. Made a decision to buy late evening on Sunday and texted JD for more information with apologies for reaching out on a day off. He replied with all of the information that I needed. I made and appointment to purchase. He had the car ready, clean, and with a full tank of gas when we arrived

My experience with the group at Ferguson was very good

My experience with the group at Ferguson was very good they didn't pressure me at all which is not the same as the experience with other dealerships. Also felt good about my trade in. At other dealerships i felt shafted when i left but not with Ferguson. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or trade this is the folks to deal with. Love my new truck! Vince
