Selling lemons
My handycap mom saved money to buy a used car from trotter Ford,it made it 1200 miles and broke down on the road in. 96 degree weather. Took 2 hours for a ride to get her off road. I called them and all they said was they didn't care, they would finice her a new car. I wouldn't buy a dog from them. Will put picture on facebook. This is the worst place anybody could buy from. When a 85year woman gets ripped off for her savings from rich people, poor gets messed over and rich gets richer. No sweat off there backs. Now can't get her to Dr visits. Sorry company.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst customer service ever!! Bought a new ford truck and a certified Lincoln Navigator here 4 months ago, they’ve had my navigator 70 days & caused it to get HAIL DANAGED WHILE THEY HAD IT....I only had it 53 total days and zero days in full operating condition as It was sold to me by salesman David Vince. Owner doesn’t even return calls or express any concern, GM and used car manager lie about everything. all they care about is making the dollar off a sale. See google review for more horrific details...

STILL NO CLEAN TITLE
STILL NO CLEAN TITLE AFTER 4 MONTHS on the used vehicle I purchased from Trotter Ford Pine Bluff. I bought the truck (paid in full) on 10/25/2017 and have still not received the title. I have spoke with Kendall Studdard (Title Clerk) at Trotter several times regarding this matter and have been given different reasons each time as to why I still do not have the title. After she did not return my latest call, I spoke with general manager, Jerry Moorehead who assured me he would get me an answer and call me back in 10 minutes.........That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything from him or anyone else. Do go there
Took my f250 that was under warranty for repair of 2 problems. They solved one but not the other. Additionally they charged a diagnostic fee plus a shop fee for a vehichle with a bumper to bumper warranty. I had to pay it. When I asked what the shop fee I was told it was for rags and stuff. Do yourself a favor, if you need something worked on or want to buy a Ford. Go to Malvern or Little Rock.

Great product, poor service
I love my Ford Explorer and have driven one for 15 years but I have to take my husband to make the deal or I am taken advantage of and the service department is disorganized and not capable of keeping to any commitment they make. They can't even seem to order the right part for any job. There isn't even a place to sit in the service area and I've never been in there for less than 45 minutes even when I had an appointment and was just dropping off my vehicle. Great product but poor service.

Extremely expensive mechanics without fixing the problem
Took my Prius to them and in no time flat the had run up a $375 bill. Called me and said it was fixed. I hadn’t made it out of town before it was doing the same thing so I took it back. He came up with another part that supposedly needed replacing and another $375 bill. Got home and it still wasn’t fixed. Will never go back.

Awesome Experience
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tabby at Trotter Ford and I must say, I have NEVER had a sales person answer my questions and help me in my purchasing decision.

Tabby is a wonderful sales associate here at Trotter Ford. We are happy to hear you had a wonderful experience with Tabby. Thank you!
Dealership pride
When I came in to the dealership I was approached and welcomed by the salesman and made me feel right at home. He tended to my needs the whole time I was there. Before I left I had a chance to meet the General Manager who also made me feel good about being a customer. Thanks Trotter,
