Poor communication.
Poor communication. Really no communication. We never got a call about our vehicle. We had to call multiple times. Only to find out they hadn't touched our call yet.

Apart from an unexpected hold up in the process of buying
Apart from an unexpected hold up in the process of buying our car with Tameron because of some miscommunication between their departments they worked well with us through the process of buying the car. We were also able to get some body work done to the car through them and we're happy to have it looking in great shape.

James was wonderful. He was so patient with our purchase journey. Unlike many dealerships, we didn’t feel pressured and always felt welcomed despite the many times we came by until we finally made a decision.
