The sales team was a little pushy and changed the

The sales team was a little pushy and changed the original deal but overall, we are satisfied with the purchase. Vehicle should come with at least one way to charge it. After paying $50,000 for an electric vehicle, you still have to purchase a charging cable. That is not good business. Every other dealership we went to at least gave the level 1 charging cable. Kia offered the vehicle my wife was looking for and was able to deliver quicker then any other dealership, this was the primary reason for Kia got our business.

From the first interaction I had with a sales associate I

From the first interaction I had with a sales associate I knew it was going to be a good experience. Mike Cross knew how to be both personable and professional. The entire buying experience was great as well. I did not feel like I was going to be taken advantage of at all and am very pleased with the whole process.
