I went to Ford to look for a new car and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeff Bergt. He is extremely personable and also very hard-working. I told him I was looking for a car with a very comfortable seat and a steering wheel that was easy to turn. I was there quite a few times and he showed me more cars than I could count.Unfortunately, I had no idea that the seats had changed so much since I had last bought a car and my back had gotten so much worse than it was the last time I bought a car. Every seat was painful to sit in and the ones that were kind of comfortable had a very tight steering wheel.I can’t believe how hard Jeff worked to find me the right car.He would text me every couple of days with pictures and information about other cars he that he thought would be appropriate and asked me what I thought. He’s a good listener because most of the ones he picked out were very good options. When I tried them I found that the seats were too firm or too soft. I’m afraid I gave him an impossible task. He never gave up though. He even came in on Sundays if I was available to try more cars.It’s amazing how few dealerships are open on Sundays. I have been in so much pain from trying cars that I took a break for a couple of months. Jeff always checked in with me to see how I was feeling and if I had found anything are was still looking. Most sales people I dealt with just gave up on me after One visit. So I took a month off and then started looking again and finally got lucky and found a car that fit my needs. I called Jeff to tell him and I was very impressed at how he reacted. He was truly happy for me because he knew what I was going through and wish me the best and told me that what I bought was a great car and I got a great deal. I don’t know many other sales people that would react like that. Jeff is very hard-working and truly a nice guy and very easy to deal with. He’s a great listener and he makes a hard task As easy as possible. Even though he didn’t sell me the car I bought I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford or any other manufacturer.He will try to help you with what you want, not with what he wants to sell.

They made the process of trading our older Mustang and buying a new vehicle a simple process. Have never been in & out of a dealership so quickly & completely satisfied.

Brought the car in the night before. Wanted oil change and 2 recall items. Called at noon for status. No real answer. Callled at 5pm. Car was not finished. Unprofessional attitude.

Worked with both Jeremy Dollen and Emilee Cottrill in fixing a couple of problems with our 2015 Mustang. We were very impressed with both these representatives of Tamiami Ford who dealt with our problems efficiently, courteously and the work was done in good time. We were keep updated with the work progress, which was very helpful. We have been long standing customers of Tamiami Ford and always find them easy to deal with and very helpful with any concerns we may have and highly recommend them for any Ford vehicle problems.

Bought a F150 Lariat last Friday. Truck is great. Salesman Iran Perez was awesome. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal and the best truck. Highly recommend.
