Went in for a recall on my Honda odyssey, they had it finished way sooner than anticipated.

Although we live about 45 minutes from Cookeville it is definitely worth the drive because of the consistent, excellent, and honest recommendations from our service advisor, Matthew Webb (and before that Joshua) who works with us regarding repairs and maintenance. That trust was gained over the 8 years since moving here. Cookeville Honda services not only our Honda but also our Nissan. We have had absolutely nothing but good and helpful service from them on the maintenence of our vehicles. They earned our trust. We highly recommend them.

Very polite and hospitable to us on our service visit. Explained the inspection thoroughly. Waiting area well stocked with snacks and reading materials and television. Rest Rooms clean and well maintained for the customers.
