The Cookeville Honda service department was professional and prompt when completing a fuel pump recall on my 2019 Civic.

First time at this dealership, appointment was made fairly easily, yet it seemed it took a couple conversations to get the right person who knew what to do. As it is typical of a dealership, the prices for services were expensive unfortunately.

Brought my ‘25 in for 2 recalls and a 7500 mile check up. They did what needed to be done re recalls and is good. Josh, the service man also helped guide me on some computer stuff like getting hooked up to google maps from my iPhone. Very nice, knowledgeable and quick service and availability for appointment. Will return as needed.

Respectful staff. I am Able to get appointments quickly. Wait time is reason able. I like having coffee and snacks while waiting.

We have been a complete Honda driver. But disappointed in recalls our last Honda which we traded in had a recall
