The dealership itself is nice. The issues I had at this location were with the staff and the level of customer service I received, which was not satisfactory at all. Once they were notified by me that I would not be using their in house finance services, they began to drag their feet and making the process of selling me a vehicle take way longer than it should. For example, my finance company that I was using emailed a document to my sales person at the dealership that he would need to docu-sign, this would usually take 5-10 minutes for someone to read over the document and sign it, and my sales person decided to take almost an hour to complete it. I also had many issues in the days after purchasing my vehicle with communication between me and my sales person and the dealership, I called multiple times trying to get a response and I was hung up on a few times and even told they were too busy to help me. The day after I purchased my vehicle from them I realized that my sun roof controls did not work, and then a week after purchasing the vehicle my check engine light came on. I tried calling multiple times to get someone to look at my vehicle as well as messaging my sales person, and could not get anyone to help me due to my vehicle being a Ford and their dealership being a Honda. I ended up having to call the autonation ford in frisco myself and schedule an appointment because I couldn’t get anyone at my original dealership to assist me. Overall I would not recommend anyone visit this dealership.

***Bait and Switch*** I’m looking for a used car for my 17 yo daughter and found one on Auto Nation of Lewisville’s website. I scheduled an appointment to see it and drove 45 minutes for the salesman, Roger Klein, to tell me that he had no idea where that particular vehicle was located, but he would be happy to help me find another vehicle. I was livid!! I drove to see the vehicle that’s listed on the website!!! If I wanted to sit down with some pushy salesman I would not be looking on the internet. Be careful everyone they have cars listed that are not actually at the dealership. Also, I saw the same car on CarGurus and according to them the car had only been there a day. The salesman did not at anytime tell me the car had been sold. When I got there he stated they couldn’t find it.

My salesman Val was awesome.
My salesman Val was awesome. The only reason there is 2 stars. I arrived at 5pm and finished my purchase at 11pm. I have never had such a negative experience buying a vehicle. It seems as if the financial manager did not know what he was doing.
