I was looking for a clean used work truck and I found it here at Butler's . I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years and this was by far the fastest , pressure and problem free buy I've had . Every time I have been to Butler Auto Sales I have nothing but excellent service from them. Friendly people that make sure you get what you need. I have bought every one of my cars from them. The first actual car buyin experience
So I started looking at vehicles when my Honda decided it wanted to blow its engine apart on me, up until this point, I have mostly made car purchases of $1000-$1500 off of Craigslist. This is my first one through a dealership, I have credit issues as well. Mike B., (Not Butler himself) called me with a few different options that would work with my payment range and credit range, and all three had the same down payment, and price range where I needed to be with the difference of $10 either way, so I was not locked into one "magical" vehicle, but had a pick of the litter with three options! I was able to pick up my 2012 Hyundai Accent that was a hatchback, 6 spd manual. It was a dream car for me, minus the brand, but all the options I wanted, I couldn't say no! Mike made everything easy for me, paperwork was a breeze, insurance, was a breeze. The common problem most dealerships have is you have to sit with three or more people to buy a car, Salesman, Manager, finance manager, etc. Here it was easy, I worked with Mike Baldwin (Sorry Mike, I butchered your last name) with every step of first seeing the car to delivery. I made last minute changes on the day of delivery due to work, pushed it back a day, went from transfer plates to new ones, etc, not even demanding an explanation of why, just said it was do-able. I showed up finally to do the paperwork, and do the delivery, and it was hassle free, sign here, explained things if I didn't know, not a rush. Placed the plates on, and was off with my new (to-me) car! The fact I had a vehicle that I could drive off that was worth more than $1000, and a vehicle that I didn't already have to make plans to take to the shop the next day was an excitable and exhilarating thing for me as a first. The typical "car dealership" mentality did not sink in with me while shopping here, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a decent used vehicle, the prices are right where they should be, they make sure the vehicle is good to go. 10/10 would buy again from here.

Dissatisfied Warranty Repair
I bought my car from Butler's July 2016. Had a great car buying experience, no problem there. The next day I noticed that there was an issue with the CV joint boot, had a hole in it and grease was getting all over. Stopped in to discuss the issue and got on the schedule to have it fixed, no problem except that I can only get work done on Saturday's due to work circumstances. Got to the dealer two weeks later, again due to work, the supplier sent the wrong part. Two weeks later the supplier didn't send the replacement because they forgot to order it. Two weeks later the right part but there was an issue with the part. Two weeks later right part but wasn't on the schedule for the repair. Squeezed me in and got it fixed. Yesterday I had the oil changed at my regular garage, looked at the boot and found out that this boot also had a hole in it. On top of that the part was a used part. This was about 1 month after the repair had been completed. I was never informed that a used part was going to be installed nor would I have ever approved a used part be installed that was covered under warranty. My mechanic called to discuss today and was apparently told it is normal practice to use used parts for repairs. The part has a 1 year warranty and they will replace it with another used part. I have a warranty on the car. Paid an extra $2500 for this warranty. Don't think that I should get used parts for a warranty repair. At this point I would not recommend taking a car to Butler for any repair work. If you do make sure you specify that you want new parts or at the very least ask if they will be getting new or used parts so you can approve the use of used parts. Funny thing is that right on the front of the building they state that they are a NAPA AutoCare Center and they Install Quality NAPA Parts!

I am sorry to hear about your recent issues with your vehicle. Unfortunately we had contacted numerous parts stores in our area (Carquest-563-7400,Autoplus-967-2682,Advanced-563-7060) Including Napa(563-7555) as we are a Napa AutoCare Center these stores unfortunately do not have any availability and can not order this specific part. I have included their phone numbers if you would like to contact them. It is a common industry standard in these cases to use a re-manufactured part that often times carries a warranty that is above and beyond a new part warranty such as the case here. With the warranty that you purchased because this issue was new was not turned into your warranty company and was paid for by Butlers Auto Sales Inc directly. We also have ordered a replacement part and have it in stock to repair the current problem as well. As you mentioned our service department does not normally operate on Saturdays but we had made an exception in the past for you because of your circumstances and we will continue to do that for you in the future to help meet your needs. Caring Service
It was time to let go of my old vehicle, but needed the right price, quality, and services. I could have not picked a better place to stop and shop. First, I did the online viewing to be ready. The car I wanted was there, did a test drive, and started in on the paperwork. I had my questions and concerns answered professionally and promptly. The vehicle was ready the next day, of course, paperwork was necessary and then I was on my way. The car rides smooth, comfortable, and safe. The staff are friendly, professional, and willing to assist. All in all a great experience
