This is the third vehicle I’ve bought with Butler Auto Sales in the last six years and this was by far the easiest process out of them! Ricky made it super easy and got me into the car I wanted from the first day I stepped in. He was very helpful and continued to give me daily updates and check in’s. If I could give more than 5 stars for Ricky’s customer service alone, I would! I will definitely be sticking with Butler in the future for any cars going forward!

I cannot say enough about this place! I walked in, needed to get an idea of what could be done on my car since it's through another dealership and they were more than happy to accommodate and help with the problems. I had two things that were wrong with the car(or so I was told from the other dealership) and Butler came back with all these other problems wrong with the car. They called me and let me know what all was wrong with the car. A few things will be completed today and the others in the future. This is the first time I've gone to Butlers and I can simply say, they are a lot better than what I had. I can see why so many people love coming here. Everyone I have spoken to through here is genuinely polite and care to help their customers. I'll continuously come here and have work done on my car. Service department is fantastic. I have to thank a certain person, Brandon Collins. He's the one that got the ball moving with all of this and the kindness just flows through that building. Thank you butler for being so great!
