Walsh Honda

My 2018 Honda Civic was recently serviced at Walsh Honda. I was greeted by Jay and informed him that I was there for my free lifetime oil change. He took it from there and kept me informed every step of the way. He recommended a tire rotation and I agreed. While rotating the tires, the service technician noticed a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Jay notified me right away and recommended that the tire be replaced. While waiting in the newly updated service waiting area, I greeted by William Sawyer, Service Manager. He was very friendly and informative. Walsh Honda's service department is the BEST!!

The service professionals at Walsh Honda are second to none. We have been doing business with Walsh for the past 15 years and have no complaints.

It was a pleasant experience with immediate service as I exited my Honda Pilot. I was there minutes to drop off my Pilot for service. I had called ahead for an estimate. The Pilot was ready in the time estimated by the service tech. The charge was a little less than quoted which is always nice.

As usual the service was relatively quick, staff always friendly-helpful. The only downside is the cost, $182 for oil/filter, tire rotation, transmission oil change is a little high. And then I was told my front brakes needed new pads, $195 and the brake fluid needed changing, $199.... that's pretty high. I was not pressured at all (thanks) but the labor cost is unreasonable, $120/hr? I like coming here, I have brought the CRV here from the first oil change/ checkup and always had good service I even drive an hr to do this. I hate to go elsewhere but at that rate it just may happen.

My service was excellent. I came in for an oil change and it didnt take that long.

I am always happy with the repairs the service department does.
