Terrible job getting the car ready.

Terrible job getting the car ready. Windshield horribly streaked. Never checked if key worked. License plate holder fubarred. Smelled like an ashtray. Generally, very bad.

I have gotten SCREWED OVER by this dealership.

I have gotten SCREWED OVER by this dealership. I bought a car that most likely needs a new engine and had the issue at the time I purchased it but was told everything was “fine”. It’s been 9 months and they STILL haven’t fixed my car. They keep delaying it. They were allegedly trying to find a used engine to replace mine with but it’s been over a month and I haven’t heard back from them. This has been a nightmare experience and there isn’t any end in sight. I’m an easy going guy, but this experience has been so frustrating. Mel is a nice guy, but he hasn’t been overly helpful and certainly lacks any urgency to make sure the customer is taken care of. Overall, I would have a very difficult time recommending this dealership. I would love for that to change, but I’m finding it unlikely that they will take care of me.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Zerrick was one of the best! We will always recommend to our family and friends. It was my second car I bought from there and our sales person was helping us with our needs.
