2024 Kia soul

Fast and easy, Byron was nice to work with just wish you were closer to where we lived so we could get our car serviced with you guys.

Very enjoyable experience

Great experience start to finish Didn't expect to buy a car. Just looking. Found the exact one I was looking for and had a GREAT salesman. He didn't leave us sitting in his office alone during the negotiations. Everything went smoothly, efficiently, quickly, and with lots of laughter..

We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima from there a few years ago

We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima from there a few years ago and overall the purchase was pleasant. HOWEVER, we recently just found out that our car has an excessive oil consumption issue that Kia is known for and they were far from helpful!!! Johnna in the service department was incompetent, and extremely rude over the phone. All I did was ask what they could do and she was whispering with someone on the other end and basically coming up with every way they could NOT to help us! When I told her we will not be purchasing another kia from them if this was the level of service we are going to receive, she hung up the phone on me! I highly recommend that you proceed with caution when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that refuses to back their product and is so willing to be combative when it comes to an issue beyond the purchase! BUYERS BEWARE and to be clear we gave them a 5 Star after our purchase so don't be fooled by that either!
