Great Experience

Low pressure sales process. I appreciate that I was offered but not pressured to buy extended warranties and extra add ons. Very reasonable pricing and negotiation. I love my new Telluride!

Service Review 6/16/23

Service staff is friendly but that day there were a lot of service staff trainees. There seemed to be a lack of communication with patrons as they were waiting for their vehicles. It also took way longer than it usually has in the past to get an oil & filter change. I was there almost 2 hours. I was told when I checked in my car needed a recall and they would take care of that at that appointment. However, when the service person came to talk to me 2 hours later, he indicated they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule the recall. So I'm not quite sure it took 2 hours to do an oil & filter change. There was no communication to update me and there was no communication on price. I paid $184.00 for oil & filter change, cabin filter replacement and engine filter replacement. Had this been discussed prior to starting service I would have told them to hold on the cabin replacement & engine filter replacement. Those two combined were more than the oil change.

Bob Sight Kia- Independence MO is AMAZING

Honest and quick! They didn’t play games. Andy was amazing and got the vehicle information to me when I asked about a larger vehicle that would fit my 6’6” son. He also sent the loan application information so I could get a jumpstart on it before arriving. This is the second vehicle I’ve worked with Andy on and I truly appreciate all that he does to get the job done. The salesman, Matt, had things ready to go when I arrived and I was in and out in an hour…including the test drive! I love my new vehicle and will never go anywhere different ever again! Thanks again Andy and Matt!
