Service was great however I am extremely disappointed with Toyota in wanting to charge $800 to replace an entire overhead console because the sunglasses holder does not work. Ridiculous! How come I can buy a part on eBay for $12.00 and fix it myself.

Good routine service- however this time had noticeable
Good routine service- however this time had noticeable dirt/oily marks on driver door interior (on white/light colored panel) that I had to clean off. Also, it felt as if my driver seat was adjusted further forward. There was a recommendation for cabin air filter change, yet I doubt anyone checked it. I placed a paper towel folded a certain way to see if it was moved when opened and it wasn't so did not indicate glove box was even opened. Otherwise, everyone I spoke to was courteous and my car was serviced in 1 hr.
